Every Varnkala order is thoughtfully packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition, ready to become a part of your home.
Order Processing
• All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation.
• During festive seasons, sales, or new product launches, processing may take slightly longer. If there is any significant delay, we'll keep you informed.
Shipping & Delivery
• We currently ship across India.
• Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive your tracking details via email or WhatsApp.
• Orders are shipped through our trusted courier partners to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
• Most orders are delivered within 5–8 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Deliveries to remote areas may take a little longer.
Shipping Charges
• Free shipping on all orders above ₹1,500.
• A standard shipping charge will be applied to orders below ₹1,500 and will be calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll share a tracking link so you can follow your order's journey. If you need any assistance regarding your shipment, feel free to reach out to us—we're always happy to help.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeline, occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and email address are entered correctly while placing your order. Varnkala cannot be held responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Order Cancellation
• Orders can be cancelled only before they have been dispatched.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
• If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email or WhatsApp. We'll do our best to assist you if your order has not yet been processed for dispatch.
