As each product is handcrafted in small batches, we are currently unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect product selection.
- Preference for a different colour, design, or size.
- Minor variations in print, colour, texture, or finish that are a natural part of handcrafted products.
We encourage you to read the product descriptions, dimensions, and care instructions carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions, we're always happy to help you make the right choice.
If Your Product Arrives Damaged
We take great care in packing every order to ensure it reaches you safely. However, if your order arrives damaged during transit, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us understand the issue, please share:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the damaged product
- Photographs of the outer packaging
Our team will carefully review the details and get in touch with you to find the best possible solution. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we'll do our best to make things right.
A Note on Handcrafted Products
Every Varnkala piece is individually handcrafted using traditional techniques. Slight variations in print placement, colour, and texture are part of the handmade process and make every piece unique. These natural variations are not considered defects but a celebration of authentic craftsmanship.
